ZI Yunlong 訾雲龍

Adjunct Associate Professor

Dr. Yunlong Zi received his B.Eng. degree from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University in 2009. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Purdue University in 2014. After his graduate study, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Zi joined the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong as an Assistant Professor in November, 2017. He served as session chairs for Materials Research Society 2017 Spring Meeting. His current research interests include mechanical energy harvesting, high-voltage applications of triboelectric nanogenerators, self-powered system, novel energy harvesting technologies.
